• Discount Promotion will be from October 24-30, November 4-10, November 14-20, November 21-30, December 2-8, December 9-18,2011
• Promo is valid only in the Philippines.
• Participants must visit http://lgoptimus.ph to avail of the promo.
• To avail of the promo, participant must click on the “Buy now!” button found on the page. They will be taken to a page that shows the complete details of the special priced smartphone to be purchased.
• Participant must register and purchase via their Philippine issued credit card or through their PayPal account.
• Purchases can only be made through the PayPal service using their Philippine issued Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) or their PayPal account.
• Participants without valid Credit Cards can setup their PayPal account and purchase using that service.
• Purchases can only be made within the specified day and period of time of discount (please see table above).
• A confirmation email will be sent to the participant indicating success of purchase.
• All participants with successful purchases will be called up by a representative of the LG Optimus Team within 24 to 48 hours to coordinate delivery address.
• Delivery of purchased smartphone units are FREE of Courier fees, Shipping and Handling and shall be delivered within 3 to 5 Business Days for Metro Manila and 5 to 7 Business Days for Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
• Delivery of purchased smartphone units shall only be within the Philippines.
• Upon delivery, participant must present valid proof of identification and the credit card used to purchase the smartphone.
• In cases where the recipient of the delivery is different from the participant, an “Authorization to Receive” letter should be submitted together with the participant’s Valid ID, and Credit Card, as well as the receiver’s Valid ID.
• All purchased mobile smartphones will follow manufacturer’s warranty, which can be found inside the sales package.
