• Simply present the card upon ordering to avail of the FREE pizza.

• Buy any Family or Regular size pizza and a softdrink for dine-in, takeout and delivery & get the FREE Pizza of the month of the same size FREE!

• Maximum of 5 paid and 5 free pizzas per order. Your free pizza is not convertible to cash.
• Not valid with any other promotions, discounts and privilege cards.
• Not valid in Pizza Hut Express and Bistro restaurants.
• Card is valid for 6 months from date of card purchase.
• Pizza Hut reserves the right to dishonor or confiscate the card if the use does not conform to the terms of this card or if found tampered or faked.
