Android 4.0 Update on Samsung for Galaxy S II, Galaxy Note?

Samsung Italy will release the android 4.0 update ice cream sandwich update in 2012.

Samsung, of course, failed to give a specific date though which means that we have a nice waiting game ahead of us. Still, it’s nice to know that the software will be coming at some point down the road.

Here is the following devices:

- Galaxy S II
- Galaxy Note
- Galaxy Tab 10.1
- Galaxy Tab 8.9
- Galaxy Tab 7.7
- Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus

The site says there is no status on the update for other missing and low-end devices but Samsung is probably assessing the Android 4.0 features before giving any commitment.

UPDATE: Looks like they didn’t. Now the site says they were just guesstimating the dates.
